New Year 1-1-2016

Hello everyone and Bright Blessings and Happy New Year! I hope everyone starts their year in a fantastic way. I have utilized my son's Android tablet and WiFi signal to type this post with, so I'm starting the year learning to use newer technology.  I was never the type that really got into tech toys but I think it might be time that I learned a few new tricks! Right this minute, I have no cell service, no cable or internet service either until I get the bills paid. Mercury retrograde is smacking me hard and it hasn't officially started yet! I just hope that nothing else happens the rest of the month because this is quite enough! Actually this retrograde might be the learning to adapt phase I needed since I'm sitting here working with my son's complicated gadgetry. My 33rd birthday is looming and technology has zoomed way ahead of me, and I admit to being somewhat slow when it comes to tinkering with gadgets. I didn't have my first cell phone until I was 21, if that is any indication of how behind the times I am!  I guess one of my new years resolutions is to change that outdated mode of how I get things done!
Now onto more witchy topics. The next new moon comes on January 9th and while normally it is the time to begin new endeavors, the mecury retrograde will have begun four days prior. So I will say that it will be better to go back to projects you have not yet finished or put on hold, and resume working on those for this month. Publishing and ideas related to written work seems to be a highlighted theme also for this new moon. Seeing as this retrograde is mostly going to be in the sign of Capricorn, I guess I have to be extra careful and pay attention to my work, just last night, I was working on a short story that I need to finish. Hopefully it will be done and ready to publish soon. Perhaps I might utilize this interesting little tablet to further my writing career this year! I am going to go for now, this toy needs to charge for a bit. I will return as soon as I can! Blessed Be to all!
